Whether myth or fact, the reality of “blue Monday” cannot be overlooked. Rising costs, Christmas just passed and continuing pressures both emotionally and financially. It is easy to see how many of us can find times tough, especially at this time of the year.
Over the last year, we at Vent Air set ourself some sustainability goals. One of which is to continue to not only raise awareness, but put action to our attitude towards mental health awareness and mindfulness with our employees and supply chain. Following the success of initiatives last year, like our mental health first aid courses and our on site coffee mornings.
We wanted to start the year by continuing this. We offered another opportunity for our site team to have an ear to listen and some coffee and cake to share, should they have anything they need to get off their chest or simply just some laughter.We hope to continue this throughout the year and if one person can be helped, then we can view this as a success.
We look forward to sharing more progress on our sustainability goal progress throughout the year.
