PROJECT - WINDSOR OLYMPUS ACADEMY Location - Smethwick, Birmingham
Back to school for VAC… WOA is a brand-new secondary school with a capacity for 900 students. As part of the new build VAC supplied and installed the ventilation ductwork systems throughout the various buildings and Mitsubishi AC systems serving the Dance Studio, Activity Studio, Fitness Studio, Server Room & IT Classroom.

Sierra CP Engineering Ltd have moved into new 28,167 sq ft headquarters at Worcester Six Business Park.
Sierra Eng designs and builds world-class engine and vehicle tests facilities.
Offering the benefit of a ‘One Stop Shop’ VAC supplied and installed the Ventilation ductwork systems and Mitsubishi AC systems throughout the factory space and offices.
PROJECT - WATERS
Location - Longbridge nr Birmingham
Waters Corporation opens its new 45,000 square foot manufacturing facility!
Products manufactured at the new site in Longbridge are essential components used in Waters mass spectrometry systems – scientific instruments used by tens of thousands of chemists and analytical scientists worldwide in support of the life, food, environmental, and materials sciences.
VAC supplied and installed Mitsubishi AC systems in the offices and Ventilation ductwork systems throughout the factory space and offices.
PROJECT - OAKLEY GROVE SCHOOL
Location - Leamington Spa
Secured through the Scape construction framework, The Oakley Grove School will be an all-through facility that will comprise a 34-place nursery, 420-place primary and 900-place secondary school with SEND provision.
Offering the benefit of a ‘One Stop Shop’ VAC supplied and installed the Ventilation ductwork systems and Mitsubishi AC systems throughout the three schools and sports hall.
PROJECT - FOREST OF DEAN COMMUNITY HOSPITAL Location - Cinderford
Helping the community! FODCH is a brand-new 24-bed community hospital designed to provide urgent care, physiotherapy and paediatric services. As part of the new build VAC supplied and installed the ventilation ductwork systems throughout the 2-story building as well as the Toshiba VRF & DX AC systems including remote DX condensers for 5no rooftop AHU’s.

PROJECT - SHIRELAND CBSO ACADEMY Location - West Bromwich
VAC play the right note!
On the site of a former BT building Shireland CBSO Academy is a brand-new music school in West Bromwich with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO) and Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust.
Adjacent to Shireland CBSO a brand-new sports facility has also been built.VAC supplied and installed the Ventilation ductwork systems for both the music school & sports facility.
PROJECT - ONE CENTENARY WAY Location - Birmingham
Following quickly on the back of One & Two Chamberlain Square VAC secure their third project as part of the Paradise Circus re-development in Birmingham.
One Centenary Way is a new thirteen-storey 280,000sq ft building featuring Grade A office space.As part of the new build VAC will supply and install the S&C and the 4-pipe FCU floorplate ventilation ductwork systems.
PROJECT - PLAZA CINEMA Location - Port Talbot
The Plaza a Grade II Art-Deco cinema built in 1939 has been transformed into a community hub with a café, gym, office space, hall, multi-purpose rooms, a conference area, digital recording studio and shops.
As part of the refurb VAC supplied and installed all the ventilation ductwork systems as well as installation of external AHU’s.
